My fiance and I took delivery of a 2000 Holden Commodore VX Lumina last night with the help, assistance and service of Linzi Eccles, Christian DeLange and a female by the name of Sam.

Linzi was incredibly friendly from the time we walked into the dealership, through the test drives, to the paperwork and right up to the delivery. (and all this whilst not only entertaining my 15 month old son, but holding him, carrying him and even feeding him)!!!!
Christian assisted us with the financing of our Commodore and also assisted in the entertaining of our son!
Sam happily arranged the tinting of our windows on rather short notice and managed to have the vehicle ready when promised without any delay.

The above people I mention by name, however I must mention the remainder of the staff at Jeff Wignall Ford who were all so very friendly and all took part in entertaining our son by providing him with toys and other forms of entertainment!!!!!

Both my fiance and I (and our son Jack) would like to thank everyone for giving us great and friendly assistance in buying a new family car.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will be using them further to service our vehicle despite living an approximate 40 minute drive away.

When I decided that it was time to buy another car, I went straight to Jeff Wignall Ford. I had previously purchased a vehicle (Honda CRV) from there and was not only happy with the service but felt confident that I was buying a quality vehicle.

I was very happy to have Linzi Eccles to deal with. She was very patient with me over my dilemma of which of the 2 vehicles I had chosen was the 1 for me, either another Honda or a Mazda Tribute. The whole experience of purchasing and finance was made easy by Linzi and Christian (even though Christian did insist on me giving his pen back!). I left there with a fantastic Mazda Tribute, a full tank of petrol (much appreciated) and a new Melways! It doesn't get any better than that! I have since heard from Peter from the service department to advise me of their servicing procedure and if I had any problems at all with the vehicle, to just simply call him. I don’t foresee any problems.

I will certainly be recommending Jeff Wignall Ford to anybody looking to buy a new or used car.

For Linzi...

Having just moved to Melbourne from the UK, we had already decided on what kind of car we wanted, and set about finding a dealer.

Although we were excited about the new car, we were not looking forward to dealing with a “pushy” salesman!

Then out came Linzi! First thoughts – ooh! A girl! Then after introducing herself I thought ah, a nice, friendly girl!

Straight away, she listened to what we wanted, and immediately offered to take us for a test drive – just like that! No appointment – nothing!

Very helpful and chatty in the car, once back at the showroom, I was waiting for the sales pitch!

But there was no pressure, even when we said we would go away and have a think.

Two days later, we went back, and were pleasantly surprised that she remembered all of our names, even our 3 year olds bears name!

We got a really good deal, and the next day, drove away, very happy customers with our new car.

We will actively buy our second car from Linzi, and I recommend her to anyone needing a car (and a friendly face)

Dear Sir/Madam

On 24th May 2007 I purchased a used 2005 Ford Territory Ghia – TJN381 from your company.

Since purchasing the vehicle, I unfortunately had cause to return it to your service department on numerous occasions for various faults. These faults have ranged from excessive engine noises, excessive differential backlash and brake faults.

Whilst it is disappointing to have so many faults in such a highly respected car, I must bring to your attention, the fantastic service provided by Jamie, one of your service managers.

From the onset, he has provided me with fully detailed progress reports, what his department have found wrong with the car. After almost 20 days in your workshop over a period of 2 months, the faults have been repaired and covered by new vehicle warranty. The faults were: both camshafts replaced, cylinder head inspected, a bush in the rear differential and front discs repaired.

While my territory was being repaired, I was frequently contacted by Jamie, for progress reports as listed above. I was given a replacement car (An E-gas Falcon) which drove superbly and re-installed by confidence in my first Ford in 30 years.

In closing, I know that people only seem to quick to criticize but seldom take time out to compliment where it is due. On these occasions the compliments are due. I thank Jamie and the service staff for their professional approach and first class customer service to me and resolving my problems with my vehicle.

I have every confidence in future servicing of my Territory with your company, if not the vehicle itself.

Would you please bring my comments to the attention of the staff mentioned with my sincere thanks to them.

Let me assure you, I am certainly not one to write such an email as I am a full believer that it is all ‘part of the service’, however my experience with Jeff Wignall Ford has certainly motivated me to write you this email.

I have dealt with John Andrew Ford in Auckland New Zealand & Coffey Ford Dandenong here in Aus of which my experiences were extremely disappointing, especially in comparison to ‘Jeff Wignall Ford’.

Trevor Ades – Fantastic Gentleman, I can see why he manages the division, all his people seem very happy and are very service focused, which of course if full credit to Trevor himself.

Andrew Yanni – Great sense of humor and very courtesy, I wouldn't be surprised if he is one of your to sales people, if not, he has certainly got the right makings for one.

A ‘very special’ mention goes to Christian Delange – he has ensured my interests were looked after from the beginning of the sales process right to the end, always ensuring that I had clarity and felt comfortable with the optional outcomes. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted, worked out a good finance deal for me and most importantly, his actions, attitude and fantastic service has made my experience with Jeff Wignall Ford a real pleasure, I promise you, everyone I know who wants a vehicle will be referred to Christian at Jeff Wignall Ford, he’s fantastic!!

In summary, thank you for my fabulous vehicle, thank you for the ‘GOLD CLASS’ service, you are obviously great leaders to have such great employees.

Just a short note to express my thanks and appreciation for your patience, consideration, help and understanding during my purchase of SNY098 over the past couple of weeks.

We both had a job to do, you to maximise the profitability of the sale for your company and me to find the best value for money vehicle available within the price range that my limited finances would allow.

It was a win-win situation, as I believe in the end we both won and achieved our objective.

I have spent the weekend reading the Owner’s Manual from cover to cover and sitting in the car familiarising myself with all the features and controls, from warning lights to fuel cut-out re-set, from trip meters to safety and security and from climate control to audio. I am writing this little letter to let you know that we have had three vehicles from you over the last six years, and always had very good service and found the sales people very helpful.

We bought a new Ford Territory Ghia AWD from your Frankston dealership on 03/10/07 (this one being our 4th car from you). We just decided to have look around your yard, not really too sure as to what we really wanted. Then a very nice and well mannered young man named Jason Quinn came out and asked if we would like any help, my husband usually walks away at that point but he took a liking to him. Jim(Andre) spoke with him, Jason sat us down with a cup of coffee and we all had a chat and the rest is history.

We are retirees and liked the way we were treated with good manners and respect. We were not pushed into anything, given time to think about what we wanted and when we rang to ask Jason about anything we were given the pros and cons of whatever we asked, very helpful.

We picked up the car on 12/10/07. Jason was so particular with the vehicle, he checked everything was just so and went out of his way to even get us a roof luggage box as that was on our wish list but was no longer on your accessory list.

Hubby is so pleased with this car that we took out the 6 year warranty that Jason recommended as this will be the last car we will be buying and with the service he cannot stop talking about it.

It was with great pleasure we came back to Jeff Wignall Ford for what maybe our last car we will ever buy.
